We guess Miley Cyrus is having a blast while hanging out with new boy toy, Kellan Lutz. Miley Cyrus and Kellan Lutz were both spotted in Las Vegas after Britney Spears' "Piece of Me" concert, where they were said to have been "making out."

The two were also spotted having fun together while Cyrus danced, "twerked" and grinded on the hunky actor. Are the two exclusively dating? It seems like the answer is no since Miley Cyrus is just having fun as she has been linked to different guys since her split with ex-fiancé, Liam Hemsworth.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, it's Kellan Lutz that is more invested into the relationship. A source from the gossip site says:

"They have hooked up and will probably hook up again but Kellan is in it more then Miley. He is enamored by her, But Miley is strictly having fun and doesn't want to get serious, so Kellan better play it cool or he will not get to hook up with her anymore - she isn't giving him the relationship that he wants."

If this is so then Kellan Lutz better do something to keep the "Adore You" singer interested in him or he could end up like Theo Wenner or the other guys Miley has dated after Liam Hemsworth.

Another source, as reported by Hollywoodlife.com, said that Kellan and Miley were making out the entire night and didn't mind if people where looking or not,

"They were making out and didn't seem to care who was watching, It wasn't a secret that they were together. She kept grabbing him throughout the night, pulling him with her as she went to leave the venue around 3:30 a.m. You can tell he was into her."

If Liam Hemsworth wants Miley back he has got competition that he has to get past before he gets his woman back!
