Brandi Cyrus has stolen the limelight from little sister Miley Cyrus during the 41st edition of the American Music Award Red Carpet event. Brandi was revealed on the spotlight while she was conducting red carpet interviews outside the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, with her half-sister Miley.

The older Cyrus is more polished than her "Wrecking Ball" singer-sister and was working for Spin Media as a red carpet correspondent. Her pictures scattered all over the net when one of the photographers asked her to pose. Brandi was wearing sleeved, leather, sequined minidress from Rachel Zoe Collection and paired it with strappy, zebra-printed Christian Louboutin sandal stilettos.

The two sisters eventually met in the red carpet and chatted the theater preshow. Brandi compliments her sister outfit saying, "Homegirl, I am jealous of your jacket, it's fuh-reezing!"

Miley is quite tamed when it comes to her outfit in the 2013 American Music Awards. But even in a not-so revealing outfit, Miley rocked the red carpet while wearing Saint Laurent heels and a white Versace suit.

During an interview with her sister, Miley was actually "mad'" that the videographers were filming Brandi from her waist up and noting, "You can't see the shoes that I had you wear. Louboutins -- limited edition!" Miley added. The two ended the interview with a kiss and a "love you."

Father Billy Ray Cyrus joined Miley on the red carpet and gave his daughter a big hug before the cameras. Although Brandi was unable to join them due to her commitments, the 26-year-old Cyrus daughter posted in a blog post: "I got to talk to a lot of amazing people tonight BUT I had the MOST fun chatting with my little sister!"

A biological daughter of Tish Cyrus from a previous relationship, Brandi was adopted by Billy Ray along with her brother Trace shortly after he married Tish in 1993. Tish and Billy Ray's children are Miley, 21, Braison, 19 and Noah, 13.
