Patrick Schwarzenegger and Miley Cyrus are seemingly enjoying their blossoming romance. But one person who does not appear too happy with it is "The Wrecking Ball" singer's boyfriend's mother. According to the latest update, Patrick Schwarzenegger's mother and Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife Maria Shriver is reportedly "very upset" with the two.

Hollywood Life broke the news almost after a month of Miley and Patrick going public. The news comes hard on the heels of the wild birthday party of the songstress that happened at The Factory Club in West Hollywood. According to the celebrity news and fashion publication, Patrick's mother has seen "all the pictures" of the birthday bash making rounds.

The report notes that the actor's mother is now very "upset" with the couple and may be ready to "intervene" in their relationship. A source told the publication that the "all the penis pictures" from the birthday bash "disgusts" Maria Shriver.

The source reveals that Maria is reportedly concerned about the kind of "influence" Miley has on her son Patrick. "She fully believes that you become who you surround yourself with and she's always been so happy with the friends patrick chooses, she never saw this coming" the source adds.

Patrick and Miley emerged as a couple in the public only a month ago. Since then the two have been spotted several times in public and it is speculated that Miley is as serious about Patrick as she was for Liam Hemsworth.

According to Us Weekly Us Weekly, Miley and Patrick were spotted getting close in a photobooth date, where they got some intimate shots clicked. The publication claims that they have known each other as friends "for years." Meanwhile, fans must note that the above reports remain unconfirmed in the lack of official comments.

Earlier in November, reports swirling around claimed Miley managed to impress Maria Shriver to some extent during the "Still Alice" screening event. The Hollywood Life report noted that Maria had begun "warming up" to their romance.

Before getting into relationship with Patrick, Miley was dating Mike Will. She was also once engaged to "Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth. The two called it quits in a very public breakup in the year 2013. As for Patrick, he dated Taylor Burns for almost two years.
