Miley Cyrus 'Bangerz' Tour Update: Check Out Her Costumes Designed by Roberto Cavalli

Miely Cyrus said she had to perform in her underwear in her "Bangerz" tour. It did not come as a surprise considering reports of her in barely-nothing stage costumes day after day since the tour started have become a mainstay in the news. In fact, no one would have noticed if the "Adore You Singer" did not take it to Twitter and explain why she had to perform in her underwear in front of thousands of people.

During her "Bangerz" concert in Milwaukee, Miley Cyrus had to run onstage in nothing but her bra and undies all because she wasn't able to make a quick change into her stage costume to sing her single "23" onstage in time.

"Not a new outfit for '23'" tweeted Miley, adding, "I didn't make my quick change and I couldn't not come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies :( "

"Never happened to me before. But I love my fans as much as they love me! I couldn't miss '23'... show must go on," continued the singer.

While hard core fans of the "We Can't Stop" singer can certainly appreciate Miley's concern and love for them, some question her reasons to flaunt herself in her underwear just to sing one song. Many are saying Miley committed a slip of a tongue.

Her reason of "could not come out of the song" just might mean she is lip-syncing and if she do not run to the stage on time, this will be caught on by everyone. Instead of running onstage before her costume change, her backup singers and dancers could have done something to entertain the fans until she comes onstage. The recent news of her using teleprompters because she cannot remember her own lyrics have already raised a few eyebrows on Miley Cyrus's credence as a real singer.

Lip syncing is a big possibility, considering the fact that Miley Cyrus has so much going on while singing, from dancing, to kissing girl fans and putting thongs in her mouth that her singing live can be compromised.

But then again, Miley can just really love her fans so much that she wants to give them a full show everytime, wardrobe malfunction or not, in her undies or her barely-there costumes. Check out the now infamous performance:
