When Miley Cyrus wants to make the headlines there is no stopping her.

The "former" Disney star teamed up with well known raunchy photographer Terry Richardson to pose for his latest shoot.

You can see Miley strutting around in a spandex red body hugging outfit that barely covers her bottom. The "Wrecking Ball" singer posed topless in most photos that we just had to cover it up.

So, what's the reaction of her father Billy Ray Cyrus and Ex fiancé Liam Hemsworth's comments on the racy photos? Nothing.

If this is a cry for help, like many stars have done in photoshoots, music videos and through many other beserk stuff then Cyrus is in it alone.

It seems like there is certainly no one there for her-Liam Hemsworth made the choice to let Miley go, maybe he couldn't deal with such stuff.

Now the question is, is Cyrus doing this as a plea for help, a promotion for her new album or as a form of retaliation to Sinead O' Connor's open letter to the star?
