Miley Cyrus Shows Off Major Skin, Butt For Maxim; Plus Maxim Hot 100 Complete List

When Miley Cyrus excitedly claimed that she has topped Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list, she wasn't kidding. Days after her announcement, the men's magazine has published the complete list, with the former Disney child star's sultry photo in which she shows off her butt.

The 20-year-old singer/actress who was once called Destiny Hope wanted to make sure that people truly see her as the mature young woman that she is by posing topless and displaying her butt in the new issue of the magazine.

The eyebrow-raising photo shows Miley leaning on a wall and her back to the camera. She is topless, save for a gold necklace that goes down her back. Her choice of bottomwear didn't offer a lot of coverage as well. The light-coloured hip-hugging pair of jeans that she wears in the picture has a big tear in the middle that exposes her butt's left cheek.

"It feels amazing to be No.1 especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world," Miley told Maxim, referring to the millions of fans who have voted her as the hottest woman alive.

The magazine's executive editor, Patrick Carone, explained to FOX411 why they went for Miley this year, saying, "Miley just annihilated."

"We went for Miley for a variety of reasons. First and foremost the Hot 100 over the last few years, actually specifically the last two years, we've actually had voting online and so we've put a bunch of women we think would be contenders on Maxim.com and we just have our readers go online and vote," he said.

"The voting for her was absolutely tremendous, and then it doesn't hurt she's extremely cute. She's young and she has her whole career ahead of her and I think really the thing with Miley that we love so much is she's a global, international force.

"Like she's the kind of person who cuts her hair and it's literally news in Japan and India. Everyone is fascinated by her love life. We've grown up with her. We've seen her turn from kind of a young girl into this beautiful woman and we really can't get 'Party in the U.S.A.' out of our heads."

She beat Zooey Deschanel (#95), Emma Roberts (#76), Rachel Bilson (#74), Brooklyn Decker (#59), Eva Mendes (#57), Leighton Meester (#36), Kaley Cuoco (#32), Kate Upton (#8), Jennifer Lawrence (#5), Olivia Wilde (#16), and even Mati Te'o's fake girlfriend (#69) in the list.

Miley also beat out her fellow former Disney princesses - Vanessa Hudgens (#9), Ashley Tisdale (#7), and Selena Gomez (#2) - who all made it to the top 10 list.
