Former sweet teen star Miley Cyrus suffered another embarrassing moment when she stride hastily in Los Angeles wearing a loose white blouse that revealed most of the side of her breast.

Us Weekly reported that the "Can't Be Tamed" singer ran barefoot across the pavement. Miley forgot to wear bra once again and did not mind if there are onlookers or paparazzi.

This is just a day after Miley showed up in the Billboard Music Awards 2012 wearing white Jean Paul Gaultier jacket with no pants on and paired it instead with Christian Louboutin heels and Jacquie Aiche jewels. It seems that Miley are forgetting to wear pieces of clothing to complete her look.

This is also not the first incident that's Miley showed more than what she should. Last month, she showed the side of her boobs through her oversized Iron Maiden top that she was wearing. The actress did not have a bra on.

The 19-year-old actress embraced her sexier side as she gets older and she said in one of her interviews that she it is okay if the public think of her as a sex symbol. The former Disney star admitted that she was shocked with the reaction of the public when she embraced sexy image.

"People are so scared of seeing a woman being like, 'This is who I am and you're not going to change it.' Young women shouldn't buy into others' opinions about their image," Miley stood at her point.

"Just be who you are, and that is where your style will come from, and your attitude and your spirituality and your sexuality. Because it's coming from a place of love," the young actress added.
