Threatening your parent on Twitter is apparently the in thing now. Just ask Miley Cyrus. The former Disney sweetheart (and dare we say ex-daddy's girl?) has threatened her own father, Billy Ray Cyrus, online, telling him to tell the truth or she'll expose it for him.

Miley, who once had a close relationship with the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer, was fed up when Billy Ray didn't reply to her text messages so she figured out shaming her father online would do the trick.

She posted a mysterious message on Twitter on Monday along with a picture of her and an unnamed woman, saying, "@billyraycyrus since you won't reply to my texts I'm giving you an hour to tell the truth or ill tell it for you."

The woman with Miley on the picture was later identified by the media as Dyis Corman, who starred with Billy Ray last year in the Broadway show "Chicago."

No other details were given, but it can be assumed that Dylis has something to do with Miley's parents pending divorce. Tish Cyrus has filed a divorce from Billy Ray on June 13, citing irreconcilable differences. Both parties were mum as to the real reason for their marriage breakup, but after Miley tweeted the threat, people now speculate that a third party came between her parents.

The 20-year-old singer's tweet was later deleted, replaced with the message: "Wtf? My twitter was just actin all types of cray!"

She didn't explain what exactly was wrong with her Twitter. She could mean that she got hacked and someone posted that disrespectful tweet to her dad or that she really posted it and it mysteriously disappeared.

But for Miley's followers who think that tweet is a bit familiar, it's because she did a similar trick last week when Billy Ray wouldn't communicate with her.

She posted and subsequently deleted the tweet: "@billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?"

Billy Ray didn't seem to mind Miley's tantrums or perhaps he just had enough of his uncontrollable daughter. His last tweet was posted on June 6.

Just hours before Miley posted her threat, Billy Ray and Tish were photographed having lunch together. Tish was seen leaning on Billy Ray as link their arms. Their daughter Noah was also at the scene.

In 2010, Billy Ray filed for divorce from Tish, but dropped the petition after a few months.
