After the highly controversial Miley Cyrus VMA Performance 2013, here is a follow up of the former Disney star's weirdness spreading over Instagram.

The We Can't Stop singer posted a photo of her wearing a seemingly Michael Jordan jersey in bikini style since it shows the name Jordan on the back with the famous NBA player number 23. It seems like it was just three years ago when she released her Party in the U.S.A. song.

According to news reports, the photo posted is one of the marketing strategies for her brand new song called 23 which also features other artists like Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa.

Stronger hitmaker Kelly Clarkson is one of the most recent stars who shared her dismay on the racy antics made during the MTV Video Music Awards. She also said some of the performers were "pitchy strippers" without directly referring to any specific artist.

No one can be sure if she was referring to Miley Cyrus for there were also other sexy artists who performed that night like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.
