Teenage pop star, Miley Cyrus has again been voted as the worst celebrity model for young girls in a recent poll conducted by AOL website, Justsoyouknow.com. The Daily Mail noted that the JSYK readers who participated in the poll, mostly teenage girls between nine and 15, gave the 18-year-old pop sensation the thumbs down, which when tallied was recorded to 58% of the total 99,000 votes.

This is not good news for Miley because this year’s polls means that she is considered the worst model for teenage girls for two straight years. She even outnumbered actress Lindsay Lohan and singer and actress Demi Lovato, who have both gone to rehabilitation programs last year and thereby both been crushed in the media for similar reasons. Well, not just quite.

According to the Daily Mail, this year’s result can be attributed to the ‘scandalous behavior’ of the young singer in the last 12 months.

The survey came, noted News.Com.Au just one month after the Hannah Montana star was caught on video smoking a bong with a drug called ‘salvia’. Salvia, though not illegal, is considered a ‘drug of concern’ by the US Drug Enforcement Agency.

Other celebrities enumerated by the Daily Mail, listed in the top ten celebrity with the ‘worst influence’ include, teen mom star, Amber Portwood, rapper Kanye West, and Gossip Girl actor, Chace Crawford. Crawford was also apprehended for possessions of marijuana.
