The Marie Claire September 2015 issue features “Wrecking Ball” singer Miley Cyrus, who discussed about her latest project and other issues during the interview. However, Cyrus has criticised fellow music artist Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video when the subject of role models was brought up in the interview.

Cyrus, 22, declared during the Marie Claire interview that she does not get the concept of violence revenge when asked to share her thoughts on Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video. “That's supposed to be a good example? And I'm a bad role model because I'm running around with my titties out? I'm not sure how titties are worse than guns,” Cyrus told Marie Claire.

Today reports that Cyrus’ slam on “Bad Blood” is not the only controversy surrounding Swift’s song from her fifth album titled “1989.” Last July, Swift and “Anaconda” singer Nicki Minaj had a tense Twitter feud following the announcement of the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) nominees for the Video of the Year category.

Katy Perry, who is rumoured to be the basis of Swift’s song “Bad Blood,” also appeared to slam Swift in the midst of her conflict with Minaj through an indirect Twitter message about pitting “women against other women.” The Swift-Minaj Twitter feud eventually ended after Swift apologised to Minaj and admitted that she misunderstood Minaj’s tweet and then misspoke.

When asked about her sexuality, Cyrus stated that there is “so much sexism, ageism” nowadays. “Kendrick Lamar sings about LSD and he's cool. I do it and I'm a druggie whore,” Cyrus further declared in the Marie Claire interview.

Cyrus, who admitted she feels like a 15-year-old boy trapped in a 22-year-old girl’s body, revealed that she created the Happy Hippie Foundation because some people sneer at the idea of her being gender-fluid and gender-neutral. Cyrus thinks people currently need more conventional role models but she does not care to be that person.

Cyrus further admitted in the Marie Claire interview that she does not stress too much about stepping out in public nowadays because there is nothing left anymore to report that she got caught doing something. “You want to hack my e-mail so you can find my nude pictures? I'll just f***ing put them up,” Cyrus stated.

Miley Cyrus is set to host the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, Aug. 30, at 9 p.m. Meanwhile, the September 2015 issue of Marie Claire with Miley Cyrus’ full interview and photos will hit newsstands on Tuesday, Aug. 18.
