Miley Cyrus wants to get back with her former boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Reports suggest that the "Wrecking Ball" singer has been feeling lonely since her break-up from the Aussie hunk.

"Miley was trying to get a rise out of Liam. She misses him. There's a part of her that wants to get back together," a source revealed to Us Weekly (via Showbizspy).

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth broke -up last September. The couple met in 2009 on the sets of "The Last Song." They kept their relationship under wraps for many months but it was in November that Miley spoke first time openly about her relationship.

During that time Miley had told Seventeen (via MTV), "So I'm finding ways to make my personal and private life more of my life - which is one of the reasons why I deleted my Twitter. We've decided that any type of relationship that we have, we will always just keep it very DL. First and foremost, we are best friends, so that's what I tell people all the time."

The couple got engaged in 2012. However, their relationship couldn't last the test of time and fizzled out within a year of getting committed. Since then Cyrus has been seen giving crazy and raunchy stage performances and was also hospitalized for allergic reaction to antibiotics.

At her recent London GAY club performance Cyrus even hinted indirectly that she is heartbroken since her break-up, reported Hollywoodlife.

Regarding her London GAY club rant a source had revealed to Hollywoodlife, "Miley's temper tantrum in London happened because Liam disappointed her again. They were talking when she was back in LA, he visited her when she was sick and she was trying to make plans to come back to LA and see him and he shut her down."

Moreover, reports have also suggested that Liam wants to steer clear of any drama with Miley and he been on a look out for new girlfriend.
