New year rings in with a new haircut for Miley Cyrus. The 21-year-old who already has a platinum blonde pixie cut probably got bored of her hairstyle and has now switched over to a brand new haircut - a Mohawk. Miley is being a rebel in true sense and this hairstyle portrays her true self - the one who doesn't give a damn about everything that the critics say about her and will do her own thing, no matter what.

Miley's new hairstyle for the year 2014 will be seen on the upcoming March cover of Love magazine, which can be viewed here. The magazine is quite proud of getting Miley on board, hence has been flaunting the teaser of the magazine featuring the "Wrecking Ball" singer. The photograph, which shows a rebellious Miley, has been clicked by David Sims which is obviously a class apart. Miley is posing with her eyes closed in a pensive mood. What strikes us the most is Miley's blood orange coloured hair highlighted by a Mohawk and matching turtleneck sweater.

For Rolling Stone magazine cover, Miley got the bottom of her feet tattooed with the words Rolling and Stone written on each foot. Those tattoos were real. For Love magazine, the twerk queen has got her ear tattooed with the word LOVE. We are not sure about the authenticity of this new tattoo on Miley but whatever it is, it gels well with the image of the pop singer.

Ever since the "We Can't Stop" singer got ditched by fashion magazine Vogue, she has been flooded with lot of magazine covers from Rolling Stone to Love. In a recent interview with New York Times, the singer admitted she was dropped from being the cover girl of the magazine.

"I can't say too much. But it was where I was kind of going to have to do this trade-off, and I wasn't willing to. Right now, me doing any kind of cover for anything that's like, a Seventeen or Teen Vogue or whatever, the way that I talk isn't the way that people that are 17 really understand," said Miley.

Whatever the reason for Miley to be dropped from the cover of the magazine, it was completely the magazine's loss as Miley has ever since been the talk of the town and the most searched celebrity in the year 2013. Let's hope the year 2014 brings good success for the singer too.
