Yes, it looks Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith's latest sex tape has surpassed Kim Kardashian's sleazy film in terms of popularity. According to a report on TMZ, the "Love & Hip Hop" sex tape is already the most pirated racy video of all time. The porn company, Vivid told TMZ that Mimi and Nikko's racy tape breaks all records for the most pirated sex tape of all time.

Vivid's rep told TMZ that within 9 hours of the release of "Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" sex tape, the porn company sent out more than 1,200 cease-and-desist warnings to Web sites that started illegally distributing the tape.

"If you even try to illegally download this tape we will come after you full force. We have three full-time attorneys prepared and ready to go," said Vivid boss Steve Hirsch.

TMZ also shared the copyright infringement notice that the company sent to different Web sites that illegally hosted "Mimi and Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" sex tape.

The letter asked the Web sites to "remove or disable access to the materials or items claimed to be infringing."

Any kind of unauthorised or illegal streaming of "Mimi and Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" and illegal use of member protected photos and videos must be removed at the earliest otherwise Vivid will take necessary legal actions.

Earlier, TMZ reported that the pre-sale figures were quite high. Even before the release, the advance orders racked in $400,000 for the company. Steve confirmed to the Web site that Vivid has never witnessed such numbers for the pre-orders.

Also, the adult entertainment company informed that since the release of the sex tape, the Web site has been getting new membership requests at the rate of 15 members per minute.

It looks like Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith's sex tape is going to give other racy videos a run for their money.
