Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr topped the poll as the most-envied female celebrity beach body according to a new poll of 1,462 men and women around the UK, conducted by independent online travel agency sunshine.co.uk.

The website carried out the poll to find out who men and women around the UK would most like to look like when rocking their swimwear by the pool or on the beach on holiday. UK adults took part and selected the celebrities whose bodies they would most like to have.

Miranda Kerr's beach body is the one most women aspire to have, whilst Bane actor Tom Hardy has the celebrity body most men would like.

Co-founder of sunshine.co.uk Chris Clarkson said "Victoria Secret's model Miranda Kerr seemed to be a firm favourite amongst the ladies, but it's great to see the Olympic athletes making their mark with Jessica Ennis clinching the number 2 spot."
