Despite their breakup, estranged couple Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom has remained friends and even spoke well of each other in interviews, especially on the former's part.

In the latest issue of People magazine, the former Victoria's Secret Angel reveals that she was impressed with her ex-husband's performance in the Broadway adaptation of "Romeo and Juliet."

Miranda added that they're good friends despite their separation and that "we want the best for each other."

Orlando and Miranda announced their split in October, but since then they have been seen with each other and with their three-year-old son Flynn Rider.

Just last week, the ex-couple celebrated Flynn's birthday separately -- the day before their son's birthday on Jan. 6, Miranda dropped Flynn off his father's apartment in New York to have an advanced birthday bash. The next day, Flynn went back to Miranda for another birthday celebration, this time on his exact birth date.

Miranda and Orlando were recently seen at the Golden Globes after party sponsored by Warner Bros. and Instyle magazine, though it was not confirmed if they were together that night.

Meanwhile, Miranda also shares the last time she cried, which was over a movie shown on the plane.

"It's silly," Miranda shares. "I was watching 'The Notebook.' It was randomly playing on a flight. I get emotional sometimes on airplanes."

On the other hand, the latest Broadway adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, where Orlando is one of the lead stars along side Tony Award-nominated actress Condola Rashad, was recorded using nine high-definition cameras set up at the front row and around the stage. The resulting movie is to be shown in over 5,000 cinemas across the United States from Feb. 13-19, just in time for Valentine's Day.

"It's so great to capture it because who knows when it will be on Broadway again," said Darryl Schaffer, an executive vice president at Screenvision, the company responsible for the recording of the stage play directed by David Leveaux. "It's just such a great production. We're excited to bring it to movie theaters."
