For Australian supermodel and Victoria's Secret pin up girl Miranda Kerr, health is wealth and it is more important than fame and riches.

Miranda Kerr is only one of the models who worked hard to maintain their impeccable figures. However, Miranda gave birth to her son Flynn last year so she has to work twice as hard to keep her body in shape.

Recently, we saw her sexy and seductive naked photos that spread on the Interenet. She revealed how much work she did in order to achieve her body.

"Working 16, 17 hours, you need to know how to take care of yourself or you'll fall off the wagon. I know it's a cliche, but I feel health is wealth." said the model in a recent inteview by British Vogue.

She supported this with her explanation of how she keep her body toned and in shape. She revealed that she does yoga everyday and Pilates to keep the baby weight off.

"I was lucky for a while there, I just did yoga. Now I'm exercising a whole lot more, but it's for my job," she quickly added.

The model mum also takes a lot of vitamins such as noni and aloe vera juices, goji berries, chia seeds and maca powder.

Miranda Kerr put her beauty regimen in to business and put up the successful cosmetics line Kora Organics. Now, she hopes to expand her business overseas after its huge success in Australia.

"It's unrealistic to think that someone has the perfect life, because nobody does. I am very lucky and I recognise that, but I can't feel bad about what I have, because I worked very hard for it. I especially worked hard pushing out that baby, I'm no rocket scientist - that would be something to be really proud of - but I'm doing my bit the best way possible," she said.

The 29-year-old Australian beauty is married to Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom and still active in modelling and her career as an entrepreneur.
