Miranda Kerr Stars David Jones Fashion Show Amidst Store Designer's Legal Issues [PHOTOS and VIDEO]
Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr opened the exciting David Jones Fashion Show for the launch of its Autumn and Winter collection.
Miranda confidently sashayed the runway bronzed latte-coloured mini cocktail dress, teamed with a leather choker and sky-high heels designed by Kym Ellery.
Designer Kym Ellery sat front row at David Jones Elizabeth St store to see her collection grace the runway for the first time with the retailer amidst legal issues with Myer.
The catfight started when designer Kym Ellery defected from rival Australian department store Myer to join the David Jones family of Aussie designers - with the case heading to the Supreme Court in April.
But it was business as usual for the supermodel with Kerr saying she was very excited to wear the designer's collection.
"I'm excited to see her on board this season. I really like her work. There are so many pieces of hers I see this season I'll be taking home with me," Miranda praised Ellery.
Doing her own stuff in the runway, Miranda Kerr impressed the spectators with her walk and how she carries the dresses in the collection. She even showed some skin during the show. Showing off acres of flesh is not new to Miranda. The model had done several sexy and nude photoshoots in the past. She is also one of the angels of the prime lingerie store, Victoria's Secret.
Kerr was joined on the catwalk by fellow big name Australian models Jessica Gomes, Samantha Harris and Bambi Northwood-Blyth, showcasing 230 of the latest looks for the new season from 37 of our top designers including Collette Dinnigan, Willow, Dion Lee, Josh Goot, camilla and marc, Ginger & Smart, Bianca Spender and Carla Zampatti.
