Australian Supermodel from Victoria’s Secret Miranda Kerr has shared what ABC dubbed as SUPERFOODS that allows her to “fill her body with nutrients” and not spend so much time “counting calories.”

Miranda Kerr appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America to talk about her very fresh diet secrets. In an effort to help more women (and men) to live a healthy lifestyle and look great (like she does) at all times, the Australian beauty shared her three favorite “Superfoods” as ABC called it.

Noni Juice: Miranda Kerr reveals that noni juice is part of her diet. Noni plants, said ABC remain a big part of the traditional Polynesian medicine that gives a lot of health benefits to many. Noni juice is noted as a big part of Hawaiian culture.

Goji Berries: This type of berries contain anti-oxidants powerful enough to help in the prevention of diseases and enhancement of the immune system. Miranda admitted not depriving herself and even revealed that like many, she also indulged on chocolates. (She later warned everyone to not finish a whole bar of chocolate. Moderation is the key, as they say.) The Victoria’s Secret Angel noted that whenever she’s craving for something sweet, she’d go for chocolate-covered Goji berries that help her moderate her sugar craving.

Chlorella: Used to make nutritional supplements and medicine, the chlorella is a kind of algae that are proven safe as they grow in fresh water. Miranda Kerr noted that she always make sure that chlorella is always part of her diet secrets that allow her live a healthy lifestyle.

Wondering why she knows too much?

The 29-year-old mother of one is not just a successful mother for 2-year old Baby Flynn; and a hardworking entrepreneur. Miranda is a certified nutritionist and it is clear that she knows what she’s talking about.

"I studied nutrition. So it's very important for me to take care of myself from the inside out," Miranda Kerr later said in an exclusive interview with International Design Times.

The international supermodel was also quick to give more advice for anyone keen on keeping a healthy lifestyle and for those who have yet to get on it.

"What's really important is to focus on filling your body with nutrients and not counting calories. It's about getting the right nutrients from your food," Kerr added.
