Australian Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr had put her New York apartment on the market, as she and her husband Orlando Bloom resides most of the time in Los Angeles, California.

Both Kerr and Bloom have homes in New York, but Bloom is not reported to have put up his own for sale. Kerr and Bloom are expecting their first child and will now live in Bloom's $2.75 million worth home in Los Angeles.

Kerr's apartment, designed by and named after Jade Jagger, is now being sold for $1.395 million. According to property records, Kerr purchased the apartment for $1.1 million in 206.

The apartment is located at the 10th floor in the building Jade. It has floor-to-ceiling windows , two Juliet balconies and an oversized shower with a glass wall. The apartment also has a 26-foot-wide living room.

The Jade building a has two floors of terraced space for its residents. It includes a reflecting pool, soaking tubs, a fitness room and a lounge which is Moroccan themed.
