Miss Philippines Ariella Arida heats up MU's swimsuit photoshoot as she poses with other contestants in Yamamay bikinis, the pageants official swimwear sponsor. All 89 delegates for the 62nd edition of Miss Universe Pageant has finally arrived and the preparation are in full swing as they prepare for the "Big Day" on Nov. 9, at the Crocus City Hall, in Moscow.

Ara is looking exceptionally hot in her white bikini; all those abs training, strict diet, cardio workout and weight training has paid off as she flaunts her bikini-worthy physique. Together with other delegates, Arida posed for the cameras at the crown Plaza Moscow World Trade Center with the photoshoot theme: "2014 Yamamay for Miss Universe Collection."

Trainer John Cauy of Gold's Gym told Philstar about Arida's strict workout routine to achieve her well-proportionate shape. "[The goal is to] enhance all her curves in the right places, generally tone her musculature but still emphasizing a feminine physique," he says.

Ariella is an avid sportswoman; she loves sports and other outdoor activities to pump up her adrenalin level. Although she is already in great shape Cuay admits that there are still some areas that she can improve, "Ariella's extremities are already toned, but she still has to do hardcore weight training in order to achieve a well-proportioned physique," says Cuay.

To sum it up, Ara's training includes weight lifting, core training, and plyometrics four to five times a weeks, a "functional training" according to Cuay in order to prepare her for the rigors of the Miss Universe pageant. Well thanks to her sweat and sheer determination, Ariella is in her perfect, most stunning physique.
