In a red dress Ariella Arida was set to depart for Moscow with a mission to bring home the title of Miss Universe 2013 and join the party with Miss World 2013 - Megan Young. Ara Arida epitomised calm, and she appeared confident in her hot red dress. When she was asked how she felt about leaving Philippines, she said, "Last night, I was so emotional, I don't know why." Arida checked the pictures of her friends as she believed she might not meet them until next year.

Arida thanked her fans for the constant support that they are offering all this time. She posted thank you messages on all the Ariella Arida fan pages on social networking sites like Facebook. She was emotional and had to shed tears as the support she has received so far is overwhelming. Arida remarked that her countrymen will continue offer her support.

Miss Philippines Universe Ariella Arida's parents will join her in Moscow on Nov. 2. Delighted Arida shared that her parents will be there to support her and make her feel like home.

Arida expressed that she is excited about the weather in Moscow. This is the first time Miss Philippines Arida will witness winter. "The weather. I checked the weather last night, it was 2 degrees Celsius. By nighttime, it was 0 degrees Celsius. It [will be] my first time to experience a weather that cold. See, I have my coat already! [laughs] I'm excited to wear winter clothes," Arida said.

On Nov. 20, Arida turns 25 and her wish is to win the crown. "That I win the crown. That's my only wish," Arida said.

This is going to be Arida's first Euro trip, and we hope she wins the crown and bring it to her home country, Philippines.
