Its one more day before the Miss Universe 2013 Coronation and the 86 contestants from around the world is gearing up for their final night of the pageant's 62nd edition.

Miss Philippines Ariella Arida will surely need all the support that she can get, and good thing fellow Filipina Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon is within arm's reach as the pageant's web correspondent.

Like the rest of the contestants, Arida is one of the aspiring beauty queens who's been working very hard for the past weeks in Moscow and is one of the top contenders for this year's pageant. Despite all the controversies and detractors, the Philippines' bet proved everybody that she can rise above the challenge and will emerge as a sole winner for the Nexus crown.

Janine Tugonon will take the pageant's fans behind the scenes as the 86 candidates will go through the final night of this year's most prestigious beauty contest. She will be the eyes and ears for Miss Universe YouTube channel "On The Scene," a web series for fans as she gets an inside scoop on the contestants' pre-pageant activities.

Her job includes covering Miss Universe 2013 Preliminary Round: the swimsuit and evening gown competition. Now that all pre-pageant activities are all over, Tugonon will have an up close and personal interview with random candidates during the Coronation Night which is scheduled on November 9 at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.

The two ladies have a long history, Tugonon is one of Arida's mentor to prepare herself to the most important pageant of her life, and having her by her side during the final night of the pageant is crucial. Tugonon went head to head with reigning Miss Universe Olivia Culpo who eventually won the crown in Las Vegas, Nevada.

For the last three years, Philippines candidates for Miss Universe are taking over the Top 5 scene and Tugonon was the last delegate to finish the top most spot for so long since the last win of the country. So the question now is, will Ariella Arida get the crown this year?
