Miss Universe 2013 has just kicked in and as expected Miss Philippines Ariella Arida has got the highest number of fan votes. She is one of the top 10 contestants and has the strongest chances of winning the crown.

Ariella Arida has already won the Miss Ice Princess photoshoot and has been applauded for her pre -pageant activities. Arida is already on the list of International beauty experts to win the Miss Universe crown. What has really impressed the judges about Arida is her stage presence and beauty.

Ariella is also the top favorite of the betting lines. The 24-year-old Laguna born beauty is a chemistry graduate and a sports enthusiast. She has done vigorous physical and communication training to make her presence felt in the Miss Universe pageant and it sure is working in her favor.

The communication trainer of Ariella Arida, Tessa Mangahas, told Entertainment.inquirer, I have never met anyone who can be so mesmerized and fascinated with chemistry as she is about winning the Miss Universe crown. Do you know that she wants to develop her own line of scents?"

She also told the Philippine Daily Inquirer: "Ariella also has very strong presence. She is not afraid to speak her mind and still manages to be endearing at the same time. She has very set values inculcated by her parents (both teachers), yet is not afraid to tread into adventures like modelling and joining pageants."

Other than Ariella other contestants who have made it to top 10 are Miss India, Miss Britian, Miss USA, Miss Venezuela, Miss Ukraine, Miss Dominican Republic, Miss Spain, and Miss Ecaudor.
