The 62nd Miss Universe is set to kick off on October 20-24 as the 60 beauty queens from all parts of the world will arrive in Moscow, Russia. The gracious host city of Moscow will house the Miss Universe 2013 candidates until the contestants departure on November 10.

Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo of the US will pass her reign to the next Miss Universe on pageant's coronation night on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall and will be televised on NBC and Telemundo. The pageant's venue is a Russia's multi-faceted and flexible location with outstanding acoustic system and provides 7000 seatings.

Known as one of the most beautiful city in the word, Moscow will also play host to 2014 Olympic Games. This will be the first time that Russia will host the Miss Universe pageant.
