Before taking part in the pageant, Isler worked as a talent on the Venevision TV Network. She studied management and marketing in Venezuela.
Isler trained as a flamenco dancer since she was a little kid. But she trained hard only after her niece was born.
She is a family-oriented woman. Isler revealed that she took care of sister's three-year-old child with her. The two are very close and the new Miss Universe considers herself as her second mother.
One of Isler's first jobs was that of a gift-wrapper. She loved her job as the person who wraps gifts for clients. Isler enjoyed this job because she learned about each present and the story about the owner.
