The countdown for Miss Universe 2013 is finally getting near; the preliminary competition is set to be scheduled on November 5, 2013 at around 10:00 PM (Moscow Time). The 86 beauty queens from around the world will showcase their catwalk skills as they compete in the Swimwear and Evening Wear competition.

The Miss Universe Organization recently announced the seven preliminary judges that will score the girls ability to walk the runway in their most elegant Evening gown and Swimsuit. The event will be streamed live in the Miss Universe website from Russia's Crocus City Hall in Moscow. So here are the seven preliminary judges for the 62nd edition of Miss Universe.

Alicia Quarles - E! News correspondent who is now based in New York, Alicia Quarles is the choice of many Hollywood stars. Corinne Nicolas - A New York native, Corinne Nicolas is a veteran of the modeling industry with over 20 years of experience. She was Donald Trump's president for Trump Models in 2006. She opened Trump Legends in 2012, a division that is exclusively dedicated to women who is an icon of enduring beauty and style.

David Perozzi - He is an award-winning journalist with 20 years of media experience, he worked with ABC News and NBC News and has produced for 'World News Tonight" anchor Diane Sawyer and "Nightline" anchor Cynthia McFaden.

Elena Semikina - A Canadian actress and producer of Russian descent, Semikina is known for producing "Our Man In Tehran," a feature documentary that premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival and recently won Audience Choice for a Documentary at Cinefest Sudbury. She is a former Miss Universe Canada 2010.

Gabriel Rivera-Barraza - A founder and President of GRP Communications, Gabriel Rivera-Barraza is a former vice president and director of public relations for CFDA/Vogue fashion fund. At present, he's been working with the men's fine jewelry brand, M. de Phocas, which creates luxurious cufflinks, lapels pins and tie bars.

Irina Agalarova - A business woman who is based both in Moscow and New York, Irina has a degree in English and is a huge fan of Miss Universe.

Jose Sariego - He is the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs of Telemundo Media where he is responsible of negotiating and executing program acquisitions, talent agreements and many more. Born in Cuba, Sariego was used to be a partner in the international law firm Kelley, Drye & Warren.
