Now that the countdown has already started, the Miss Universe 2013 will formally open on Friday, Oct. 25 to welcome the official 80 candidates to join the pageant's 62nd edition. The 2013 Miss Universe Welcome Dinner will be held in Zafferano, a famous Italian restaurant in Moscow; where Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2013 contestants and Russian show sponsors (Aras and Emin Agalarovs, president and vice-president of Crocus Group) are going to have their official meeting.

There will be a welcome tour on Saturday, Oct. 26 at famous Red Square and Bolshoi Theater at 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A photoshoot and video coverage will document the MU contestants tour as they experience the real Russia and its diverse culture.

YAMAMAY MEET AND GREET FASHION SHOW

Time: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Leninsky Mall 109
Details: The Miss Universe contestants will meet with fans and take photos. In 2014, a Miss Universe swimwear collection will be distributed by Yamamay. The new swimwear collection will be available in all Yamamay stores both in Italy and abroad as well as online.

MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK - TONY WARD FASHION SHOW

Details: Miss Universe contestants will walk in Yamamay swimsuit fashion show and greet guests at OPI manicure station and IMAGE Skincare consultation center. OPI Products, Inc., the official nail care sponsor of the competition, invites media to receive manicures.
