Miss Universe 2013 Prelims: PH Bet Ariella Arida Sizzles In Yellow Gown And Wows Swimsuit Round

Miss Philippines Ariella Arida is definitely the lady to watch our for in the Miss Universe 2013 pagent. Once again she proved herself that she can outshine the 85 other contestants in the Preliminary Round.

Arida sizzles in Alfredo Barraza gown, with her long flowing black hair and the signature "Ariba Walk." She definitely captured the attention of the judges and the gown made her standout among the candidates.

The 62nd edition of Miss Universe Preliminary Round was hosted by reigning Miss Universe Olivia Culpo and Nick Teplitz. This as streamed live in the official Miss Universe Web site.

The show was on fire when 86 candidates across the globe showcased their catwalk skills in their swimwear and dazzled the judges with their poises and elegance in their evening gowns.

But among the beautiful faces, the judges are looking for something different and someone who standout among the rest. In this category, Miss Philippines Ariella Arida literally demands attention as she walks down the catwalk.

Despite the chilly temperature in Moscow, Arida surely brought the heat as she strutted her bikini with ease, confidence and poise.

The MU candidates will be judged in three categories; swimwear, evening gown and the final night on Nov. 9, the personal interview. Now that the two main categories are already done, she can definitely take a breather and focus all her energy to the last round. Hopefully, her scores from the previous rounds are good enough to put her in the Top 5 finalists.

For the past weeks, Arida is one of the few ladies in the competition who are making so much noise. She was invited in two major fashion shows, Yamamay fashion show and Mercedes-Benz fashion show. She scored a TV commercial for the Mercedes-Benz commercial, one of the few lucky ladies to appear in Emin's upcoming music video together with Miss Universe Olivia Culpo. Today, she is off for another VIP invitation with MU judge Chef Nobu.
