Miss Universe 2013: top 10 Candidates Who Went A little Crazy with their National Costumes [See Photos]
The ladies are battling it out in their national costumes and there are a few that made sure to put on a show with their outrageous get ups. Read on to find out who among the 86 delegates made it to the list of 10 of the most outrageous national costumes in this year's Miss Universe pageant.
Making it to the list of the top 10 candidates with the most outrageous national costume is Miss USA, Erin Brady. Miss USA's national costume was rather different as it was an Optimus Prime inspired design, which is quite unflattering to her figure but nonetheless, a creative idea.
Taking the second spot is Miss Nicaragua, Nastassja Bolivar. Bolivar's costume was certainly an intricate design as it shows her culture and was done in a very beautiful way. The use of peacock feathers made it really hard to miss and quite over the top.
Miss Ecuador, Constanza Baez takes the 3rd spot as she shines in her royal blue and gold national costume that is complete with a cape and a head dress. Representing Ecuador, they certainly made sure people noticed Miss Ecuador.
Miss Mexico, Cynthia Duque certainly looks fabulous in her national costume though no one's sure what she is representing of Mexico. Miss Mexico may not have been making the headlines often unlike the other candidates but she sure will be now after her national costume.
In the 5th spot is Miss Trinidad and Tobago, with a mix of blue and red feathers, she certainly wowed the crowd.
In the 6th spot is Miss Nigeria, Stephanie Okwu. Talk about representing your country, this lady surely has a national costume that represents her country and it looks awesome.
Miss Costa Rica, Fabiana Granados looked exceptionally good in her show stopping, pink feathered national costume. When we say all out, Miss Costa Rica surely went all out on her national costume for this round.
Bagging in the 8th spot is Miss South Africa, Marilyn Ramos, who looked wonderful with her colorful national costume that gave representation to the different symbols and representations of her country.
In the 9th spot is Miss Angola, Vaumara Rebelo. She certainly wowed everyone in her white national costume that looked superb.
In the 10th spot is Miss Argentina, Brenda Gonzalez. We aren't sure if she should be in the best national costumes or in the most outrageous of national costumes, but she certainly looks great in her gold designed and white feather national costume design.
