The 62nd Miss Universe pageant is more than a month away with 80 expected contestants to compete for this year's most prestigious beauty title. Scheduled to be held in Russia, the 2013 Miss Universe fans already have their own early favorites who are expected to outshine and outwit other contestants.

On November 9th, the world's most beautiful girls will travel to Moscow, Russia to represent their respective countries and only then we will know who will be the next Miss Universe. So for now we have gathered 5 contestants who are the early favorites for this year's pageant.

Yityish Titi Aynaw - Miss Israel

Crowned as Miss Israel 2013 last February; Yityish is an Israeli model, the first Ethiopian Jew to win the title and the first black Miss Israel winner. The 21-year old beauty titlest served as a Lieutenant in the Military Police Corps of the Israel Defense Forces after she graduated from high school. After winning Miss Israel, she was invited by the US president Barack Obama to attend a gala with Shimon Peres as the president appreciates Israel for crowning the first black woman as Miss Israel.

Erin Brady - Miss USA

The 25-year old American beauty is the first woman to be crowned Miss USA from the state of Connecticut and has a degree in Finance and a minor in Criminal Justice. Born from an Irish, American, German and Polish descent; Erin was raised in a home heavily influenced by alcohol. Her goal as a beauty queen is to help break the cycle of addiction by educating children about alcohol and substance abuse.

Maria Gabriela Isler- Miss Venezuela

Crowned as Miss Venezuela 2012, Gabriela Isler is a fashion model and holds a BA in Management and Accounting. She won the Miss Elegance award and became the 9th Miss venezuela winner from Guarico beating 24 finalists in the national beauty pageant.

Ariella Arida - Miss Philippines

Prior to her win as Miss Philippines 2013, Ariella is a runway model and a chemistry graduate from the University of the Philippines. She won the coveted crown for Miss Universe-Philippines and Best in Swimsuit, and was crowned by Miss Universe 2012 1st Runner-up, Janine Tugonon, last April 14, 2013.

Monica Perez - Miss Puerto Rico

Crowned Miss Puerto Rico 2013 on August 29, 2012, the 23-year old Puerto Rican Beauty bags other minor awards including Miss Photogenic, Payless Best Cat Walk and Best Body. She is currently majoring in Nursing at the University of Puerto Rico.
