Miss World 2014 Winner Rolene Strauss's Brilliant Winning Answer, 'Humanity, Forgiveness And Peace Is Important' -- Find Out More
The Miss World 2014 is Miss South Africa Rolene Strauss. The gorgeous winner from South Africa just killed it with her answer to the question, "Why do you think that you should be the next Miss World 2014?" The question was asked to all the five semi-finalists - Miss Hungary, Miss Australia, Miss United States, Miss South Africa and Miss England. Rolene outshone the other four finalists with her answer.
Each contestant was given only thirty seconds to answer the question that has the power to change the destiny of the one who floores the judges with her answer. Rolene was confidence personified. The gorgeous beauty was calm and composed when the presenter of the night asked her the question. Here is her winning answer:
"Unity, respect, forgiveness exist and are the aspirations of the Miss World organisation. Humanity, forgiveness and peace is important," said the 22-year-old from Volkrust, South Africa. According to Rolene, she deserved the Miss World 2014 crown because she has all the qualities that she talked about. And, it looks like the judges agreed, too, as they chose her the winner.
Rolene is a fourth year medical student at the University of the Free State. She is passionate about health, women and South Africa. For her "Beauty With A Purpose" project, she worked to make education available to every girl child in her country.
