On June 3, ABC Studios will premiere its latest drama series Mistresses - "A salacious new drama about a group of friends caught in storms of excitement and self-discovery, secrecy and betrayal, and bound by the complex relationships they've created."

One of the main characters in the series is Savannah, an accomplished professional who is on the path of building her life professionally and personally. She is a supportive wife to husband Harry who is also her partner in the law firm where they both work. As all marriages are bound to go through tests, so does Savannah and Harry's relationship which is beset by fertility problems. Because of this pressure, Savannah will find herself drawn to Dominic, a flirtatious colleague.

Meanwhile, Savannah's carefree and fickle-minded sister Josslyn is her exact opposite. She lives the single life constantly dating and partying. A real estate broker, she shuns the idea of permanence and long-term relationships.

The two sisters have a common close friend, April, recently widowed and a mom to a 10-year old daughter. After her husband died, she received a huge life insurance endowment which would soon be the cause of trouble in her life. She begins receiving prank calls which will make her conclude that her husband is still alive.

Karen, is another long-time friend of the girls. She is a practicing therapist who reconnects with the group after she got entangled in a problematic relationship with a wealthy, terminally-ill, married patient.

Mistresses stars Alyssa Milano (New Years Eve, Charmed, Melrose Place) as Savannah, Yunjin Kim (Lost) as Karen, Rochelle Aytes (Work It, Desperate Housewives) as April and Jes Macallan (Kiss Me, Grey's Anatomy) as Josslyn.

It also stars Jason George (Grey's Anatomy, Castle) as Dominic, Brett Tucker (Castle, Spartacus) as Harry and Erik Stocklin (Grey Sheep, Sick Day) as Sam.

Based on the UK television series, Mistresses is from K. J. Steinberg (Gossip Girl), with executive producers Robert Sertner (Revenge, No Ordinary Family), Rina Mimoun (Privileged, Gilmore Girls) and Douglas Rae (Wuthering Heights, Camelot, Raw). The pilot episode is directed by Cherie Nowlan.
