In this week’s episode of the hit comedy “Modern Family,” the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan are all gathering at Jay (Ed O’Neill) and Gloria’s (Sofia Vergara) house for their annual post-Thanksgiving brunch. Later, they all end up gathering at another house for some more exciting reasons.

Episode 7 is titled “Phil’s Sexy, Sexy House,” and it circles around a house that real estate agent Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) is trying to sell for Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cam’s (Eric Stonestreet) friend Cyril. He openly talks about the amazing features of the house, while he’s having Thanksgiving brunch with the family.

Phil describes the hot tub, the romantic fireplace and all the high tech features in the property. Unbeknownst to him, everyone is already hatching some ideas. Haley (Sarah Hyland) hears about all the cool music videos that were filmed in the house and decides to sneak off to enjoy a good soak in the hot tub.

However, before she could drain the water, Andy (Adam DeVine) arrives. He has been working as Phil’s part-time assistant and has access to the house. The two of them end up hanging out. They talk about their relationship issues and almost end up kissing before they get interrupted by the sound of the door opening.

Mitch and Cam arrive and both Andy and Haley are forced to hide in the laundry room. The couple plans to spice up their marriage by having a sexy evening at the house. Unfortunately, before they can get things going, Luke (Nolan Gould) arrives with some beer and a group of his friends. Before Mitch and Cam can interrogate Luke about his presence in the house, Phil pops up. He doesn’t notice the members of his family because he’s busy playing a virtual reality game. He’s wearing a visor that’s blocking his vision.

Mitch, Cam, Luke and the other teenagers try to leave, but Claire (Julie Bowen) walks in. When Phil asks for permission to go “role playing” in the house for a few hours, she eagerly gave him permission. While Phil was thinking about a video game when he said role playing, she was thinking about a little role-playing game that they play, to spice up their love life. Because of this, Claire arrives wearing a very skimpy medieval costume.

When she finally finds Phil, she suddenly understands that they completely misunderstood each other. Just when the house seemed full enough Alex and Ruben turn out to be hiding in the house too. They apparently went there to have some private time of their own. They all get discovered except for Andy and Haley.

Phil is completely disgusted that everyone had snuck into the house that he is selling. He kicks everyone out and takes Claire home. When the coast is clear, Haley and Andy come out of the laundry room. They discuss their near-kiss and decide that they were both just swept up in the moment. They both dismiss it, until Haley decides to run back and give Andy a full-on kiss. It remains to be seen how the kiss will affect Andy’s engagement to Beth.

Elsewhere, Jay and Gloria are planning on buying everyone some tickets to go to Miami. Jay decides to surprise Gloria by buying tickets to Colombia instead. To his shock, Gloria has a surprise of her own. It turns out that she has flown a huge bulk of her family into the United States. They turn up at Jay’s doorstep, and he knows he’s in for weeks of crazy Colombian shenanigans.
