Fashion mogul and former Victoria's Secret Model Tyra Banks is at it again. This time channeling her inner supermodel once again to take on a task that no supermodel has done yet-posing as someone else.

Tyra Banks has a new project and this is to go depicting supermodels Kate Moss, Cindy Crawford and Cara Delevingne in a photo shoot. The new project was done by Banks portraying 15 of the most iconic supermodels. The new project called "Tyra Banks Presents: 15" has already raised eyebrows because of its said non-racial diversity. According to critics, out of the 15 chosen iconic models, Banks had only chosen three other supermodels of color. This would include supermodels Naomi Campbell, GraceJones, Iman and Tyra Banks herself.

The release of the project had already sparked controversy of diversity of race in the modeling world and right during the "New York Fashion Week". Supermodels Naomi Campbell and Iman together with Bethann Hardison, model turned advocate, have taken action by coming out on ABC and bashing clothing lines Armani, Donna Karan and Calvin Klein for using one or no models of color in their runway shows during fashion week when they do feature dozens of models for a show.

Campbell had said "The statistics, it's really shocking, Heartbreaking. Your body and beauty, it doesn't matter what color you are. If you've got the right talent, you should be there having the opportunity to do the job." As for the Tyra Banks project: 15, they have said that the project is something that goes beyond diversity and racism because everything is done without retouching or visual manipulation, Banks a woman of color portrayed all supermodels with just make up and yet she was able to portray these women.

"takes the notion of 'black and white' beyond the portrayed models' varying ethnicity."
