The recent development in Herman Cain's alleged string of inappropriate behaviour towards female employees comes by the name of Sharon Bialek.

Bialek has accused Cain of exhibiting unacceptable sexual behaviour in relation to her person while he was the head of the National Restaurants Association (NRA). She reportedly stated that the behaviour was performed in 1997, when she had been let go of the association's group education fund July of that year.

She had looked to Cain for help in perhaps finding another job and the executive agreed to meet her upon her arrival to Washington DC.

Bialek recounts that things had been a bit strange during her arrival as her hotel room had been upgraded to a suite without her prior knowledge and Cain wanted to have dinner with her. The lewd behaviour started in Cain's car.

"[He] suddenly reached over and put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals" and moved her head toward his crotch." says Bialek.

"I was surprised and shocked, and I said, what are you doing? You know I have a boyfriend. This is not what I came here for," Bialek says in a statement as to what her reaction was at that time. A reaction to which Cain only asked if she did indeed wanted a job. After refusing his advances, Bialek was driven to her hotel and did not hear from the presidential candidate aspirant again.

When asked why she had waited so long before testifying to his behaviour, the stay-at-home single mom said that she felt she didn't have anyone to lay her claim to as she was no longer an employee of the NRA and was humiliated by the experience besides.

Bialek hopes to give a face to the women that Cain has ill-treated and only asks that he step forward and admit to these allegations.
