American comedian and actor , Tracy Morgan shouted out that Sarah Palin was the hottest MILF in the world during an interview at the red carpet ceremonies of the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday.

Morgan said at the end of an interview: "Sarah Palin, you're the hottest MILF in the world."

This was the second time that Morgan referred to Palin's looks. During a guest appearance on TNT's NBA pre-game show, and in response to a Tina Fey vs. Palin debate he said: "Now let me tell you something about Sarah Palin man, she's good masturbation material. The glasses and all that? Great masturbation material."

Morgan is well-known for his stint as a cast member on the comedy show Saturday Night Live for eight seasons and now stars as Tracy Jordan on the NBC hit series 30 Rock.
