Kevin Zegers has long been in the movie biz, but his latest film has brought him back to the limelight. In "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones," Zegers plays Alec Lightwood a "Shadowhunter" hopelessly in love with his "Parabatai" Jace Wayland played by Jamie Campbell Bower. "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" made its debut late last week with a gross box office income of $3 million. Quite a few fans have been enthralled by the world of "Shadowhunters" that almost everyone wants to know more about the lead characters.

Lily Collins plays the female lead Clary Fray while Jamie Campbell Bower plays the male lead Jace Wayland. Aside from these two garnering the attention, the Lightwood siblings played by Jemima West and Kevin Zegers also caught the eye of fans.

Unlike his film counterpart, Alec Lightwood, who is hopelessly in love with Jace Wayland, Kevin Zegers is one straight-laced guy who had recently tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Jaime Feld.

"We've been together for just over six years. I felt married since I proposed to her, so we wanted [the wedding] to be a party," said Zegers in an interview with Hello! Canada, adding, "You rarely get a chance to have everyone in your life in the same room together. It was one of those nights that went off without a hitch."
