Before "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" premiered in theatres nationwide, fans had been subject to heart break over the news of the lead stars' split. Jamie Campbell Bower and Lily Collins, who had started dating in 2012, had called it quits early in August. Despite the break up, the "Jamily" duo still appears to be in good terms. With hugs and kisses here and there, are Lily and Jamie truly over?

Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower won a few "shipping hearts" early in 2012. The two were constantly seen together for the duration of "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" film production. It became sort of a ritual to see Lily and Jamie cozied up along with a Starbucks beverage. Fans had claimed they were indeed the perfect couple to portray Clary Fray and Jace Wayland.

Yet, all good things come to an end. On August 8, 2013, sources close to the couple claim that they have split. Everyone had thought this was a joke given Lily and Jamie was apparently happy and all smiles for the "COB" press tours.

"They've been really good about doing the press tour together for their movie," said the source, adding, "They were able to stay friendly."

Still, despite the split Jamie and Lily appear to be closer than ever. In fact, some fans claim the break-up was simply a front to hide the real status of their relationship. From the hugs to the stolen glances on the red carpet, it's obvious something romantic is going on between the two.

"We're tight," said Jamie in an interview with E! News, adding, "Lily and I are very, very close. Very close. Always have been, always will be."
