"The Mortal Instruments" second book "City of Ashes" is said to be a spectacular movie as the producers are trying to make it better than the first movie, "City of Bones". New characters will be introduced while fan favorites Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower will reprise their roles as Clary Fray and Jace Wayland respectively.

The second book to Cassandra Clare's novel is about a race of shadow hunters, a race endowed with the blood of Raziel the Angel. There will be more characters introduced and one of these would be Clary Fray's brother, Jonathan Morgenstern.

There have been many actors which are said to be contenders for the role, would it be Lily Collin's rumored boyfriend, Zac Efron? The star is said to be lined up for the role to play Lily's brother, Jonathan Morgenstern.

Wouldn't it be a bit awkward for the two to act as brother and sister yet be romanticlly involved with each other? The two would also be playing alongside Lily Collin's ex-boyfriend, Jamie Campbell Bower.

Bower and Collins are both to fall in love in the movie. How would this go for both stars having Zac Efron on the set as well? The two have been rumored to be dating each other and have been seen around going on dates.

Efron has a new movie coming out and if he were to get the role as Jonathan Morgenstern we wouldn't mind but how would he feel about acting alongside Jamie Campbell Bower who did have a relationship with Lily Collins? It would only make the movie a better show to watch. Zac Efron may not have the British accent to go along with the others but it would work anyway with his looks and toned abs for the role of a shadowhunter.
