Every television show is expected to have the good and evil characters, and this goes the same in the movies. There are just some mean antagonists in shows that you just can't resist and consider as highly interesting. And all the more, even hotter than the protagonists themselves.

No matter how much hatred they get from most viewers, one must understand how hard it is to play such roles. These mean girls have a lot of charm to boast that they use to get their way of manipulating people around.

The character of Sue Sylvester from Glee, played by Jane Lynch, is one of the best examples for this. Her role has a nice mix of meanness and humour into it that you find yourself just loving and hating her all at the same time.

In the same show, there is also the role of Santana played by Naya Rivera who always get to have the meanest of insults to bully others around school.

Even way back during the old television shows like 'Melrose Place' and 'Beverly Hills 90210,' these mean girls just cannot help but to be remembered. There's Shannen Doherty as Brenda Welsh in the mentioned show who was known to be the baddest girl in the elite neighbourhood friends.

Other current shows of today which have interesting mean girls include 'True Blood,' 'Gossip Girl,' 'The Secret Circle,' 'The Vampire Diaries,' and a lot more.
