Moto X Phone Confirmed with Customisable Casing Options & Engraving Services but Not Yet for Internal Hardware Components
Motorola X Phone is one of the most heavily influence device from Google and the most anticipated since the comeback of RAZR in 2011. The company released an advertisement regarding exclusive option to have Moto X customised according to owner's desire. Leaked images seem to confirm the customisable external parts of the device.
Colourful Customisable Cases
Several photos leaked about the colourful customisable case options of Moto X Phone and new images also include the phone's chassis, glass face, outer casing and Kevlar shell have been exposed by Weibo.
Casing would be very customisable on Moto X Phone and designed to match the owner's lifestyle. According to the French blog, Nowhereelse.fr, casing for Moto X Phone are being offered in different colours such as green and pink. The customisable casings are also available for engraving in case you wanted to include symbols, names or logos to be written on the outer surface. Based also on the customisable casing, Moto X Phone may also feature a swappable battery cover and can be purchased as a made-to-order accessory.
Technical Specifications
Anonymous Twitter account @evleaks, rumours that Moto X Phone will feature 5-inches of 720p display, 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, 10MP primary camera and 2MP secondary camera.
Moto X Phone will be available to major U.S. network carriers and first smartphone designed and made in the country.
Release Date
Motorola confirmed that the X Phone won't be released this week at the Google's event in July 11 & 12, 2013. According to rumours, Moto X is scheduled to be launched between late summer to early fall this year and may join Google' Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie unveiling in October 2013.
