September 15 marks the first day of screening of the the return of Rowan Atkinson in the spoof of British spy films.

The film is the sequel of the 2003 parodyof British spy films led by the James Bond series. Like the first movie, "Johnny English Reborn" is full of Mr. Bean's same-old gags and jokes mixed with the elusive persona of James Bond.

The sequel revolves around MI-7 spy Johnny English on his visit to a Tibetan monastery after his mishaps on the first movie. In the monastery, he hones his martial arts skills. Johnny was recalled back to service because of a threat to the Chinese premier's life. Back in the action, vthe audience is given a visual treat to the wide array of high-tech gadgets to unveil conspiracy that involves KGB, CIA and even the MI-7.

Despite the twists and turns and all of the ordeals that he will go through, the action-comedy flick would predictably end in a "happily ever after" tone that would no longer be a surprise to the audience. However, Atkinson's jokes could still bring in the laughs, although one can not help but be flabbergasted by it all if you get used to the re-runs of "Mr Bean" on Disney's Channel replete with the animated version.
