The Muppets Get Their Own Star At Walk of Fame in Hollywood [PHOTOS]
Who says it's only the human celebrities who can get a star in Hollywood's Walk of Fame? Well, it is now The Muppets' turn to take that pose right with their own star.
During the awarding of the star, the complete cast was there from Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo the Great and a lot more. They also have Walter, the newcomer. Their star is known to be the 2,466th star that was set on the famous boulevard.
Kermit was the one who thanked everyone on behalf of the whole cast. They were all exuberant with having to join the greatest names in the industry. The children of their creator Jim Henson joined The Muppets, Lisa and Brian Henson.
Lisa thanked all the fans of The Muppets by recalling a line from one of the songs of the cast saying, 'Look at us. Here we are. Right where we belong.'
Disney made an announcement regarding plans to do a sequel of The Muppetsm after having scored gold for 'Best Original Song' at the Oscars with the song entitled 'Man or Muppet.'
