It seems like "'N Sync" star Lance Bass had one hell of a week (in all the possible good ways). The reunion with the boys at the VMAs on Aug. 25 was just a teaser for him as he recently announced his engagement to boyfriend, Michael Turchin.

After proposing his longtime boyfriend, Michael Turchin, Bass is the latest band mate of "'N Sync" to walk the aisle and tie the knot.

Lance Bass announced the engagement via Twitter and posted this adorable photo on Instagram.

The singer asked him out by presenting, the aspiring actor and model, Michael with a band made of black diamond in New Orleans, LA as reported by Us Weekly. It was also reported that Bass texted his fiancé's parents to get their approval on this alliance. I am sure they must have happily agreed. "They're such a great couple, everyone is happy for them. Their friends and family are thrilled," added a source to Us Weekly.

"He said Yes!! Love this man," tweeted Bass.

Apart from the engagement, Bass was delighted to be back on stage with the boys from the "'N Sync". They reunited as a band in Justin Timberlake's performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. It was a super treat for the fans.

"That was for you!!! Best. Fans. Ever! Love you all! #VMA2013 @nsync" Bass tweeted after the historic reunion. On Aug. 26, he also tweeted, "Gnight tweople ! Love my @NSYNC brothers. @iamckirkpatrick @JCChasez @jtimberlake and @realjoeyfatone - now off to soak in epsom salt."

It was also revealed that "'N Sync" band mates were upset that Timberlake reworked on their set and cut the songs from their reunion.

Before this engagement, in 2006, Bass dated Amazing Race winner Reichen Lehmkuhlin. He was also linked to Pedro Andrade, a Brazilian model in 2007. From Aug. 2007 to March 2008, he dated Ben Thigpen, a New York-based hairdresser. He revealed his sexual preference in July 2006.
