Kelly Brook who has been recently victimised by the nude photo leak has been termed "insecure control freak" by ex boyfriend David Macnitosh's friend Ricci Guarnaccio. Kelly and David called it quits two weeks ago and since then things have not been amicable between the two, according to the reports.

David's close pal Ricci recently opened up to New Magazine about Kelly and said that she seem to have trust issues. "Kelly might be the loveliest person in the world but I've seen the phone calls and it seemed there was no trust there on her part," said Ricci to the magazine according to Yahoo.

He also sided with David and said that his BFF is not the one to blame as Kelly is always on a look out for other things and is "insecure" and "controlling." David and Kelly got engaged earlier this year. They also announced their marriage plans in April. However, they called it quits for unknown reasons. Kelly announced the split on her Twitter page. She said that she and David are no longer together and this saddens her. However, she added that she respects him hinting that she has no hard feeling for her ex-boyfriend.

Reportedly, the fans of the model were shocked by the split as it came out of nowhere. It was being said that David was using Kelly to enhance his celebrity status. However, David played down the rumours of using Kelly for any such purpose. He revealed to Hello Magazine that it is "ridiculous" that reports of him using Kelly for fame are being strewn.

"She's smart, she's funny, she's kind - she's got it all. I could understand someone saying that if I was with some 60-year-old woman, but to me, it just makes zero sense," he had further said about Brooks before the break-up according to reports by Huffington Post.

Meanwhile, in other news Brook is currently shooting for new sitcom "One Big Happy" in LA. The show is set to air on NBC and is written by Liz Feldman and directed by Scott Ellis. Brook is playing the role of British young woman Prudence.
