"The Chronicles of Narnia" child star Geogie Henley is taking her first step out of the wardrobe as she co-stars .with Oscar-nominee Abigail Breslin in the true-crime drama "Perfect Sisters." The young actresses will be playing a real life sisters as they almost get away of murdering their alcoholic mother, played by Oscar-winner Mira Sorvino.

The upcoming film is based on a true story of Toronto's media-dubbed "Bathtub Girls," Sandra and Beth Andersen. Henley and Breslin are playing the two neglected teenage sisters who reportedly used prescription pills and alcohol to eliminate their mother in 1998.

After taking a break from acting to focus on her studies, Henley return to the big screen as the young Andersen sister who is far more different from her fantasy character. The now 18-year-old actress auditioned for the role in "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" when she was 7-years-old.

"Little Miss Sunshine" star Abigail Breslin has taken a dark role as she celebrates her 18th birthday next month. The young actress is busy with her string of movies including last year's "Ender's Game" and Oscar nominated film "August: Osage County."

Mira Sorvino will play as Linda Andersen, an alcoholic who has a long history of abusive relationships who was killed by her two daughters while drowning her in the tub. The two Canadian sister almost got away with murder but after "the whole school is talking about what happened" the police started investigating the girls suspicious behaviors.

"Perfect Sisters" marks the directorial debut of Emmy-winning producer Stan Brooks and is set for a limited release on selected theaters in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto on April 11.
