‘Naruto Shippudden’ Spoilers and May-June 2014 Schedule: Canon Returns with Episode 362
The ANBU Kakashi filler episodes are over and "Naruto Shippuden" fans can expect to watch canon episodes from May 15, 2014. Episode 362 marks the return of Canon, reports Saiyan Island. The show's director, Hayato Date tweets that "Naruto Shippuden" will showcase the story by Masashi Kishimoto for the rest of 2014.
However, it is unclear as to how many episodes of the show fans will get to see. In the month of May 2014, there are two weeks with no episodes and two weeks with canon episode. The return of canon is certainly exciting for fans.
Saiyan Island speculates that "Naruto Shippuden" will feature 5 chapters of the manga series. It is going to showcase attacks by Allied Shinobi Forces at the two Uchiha oppositions and a Kakashi vs. Obito fight.
Schedule of "Naruto Shippuden" for May and June 2014
1. May 1, 2014: No episode.
2. May 8, 2014: "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 361: "Squad Seven."
3. May 15, 2014: "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 362: "Kakashi's Resolve."
4. May 22, 2014: "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 363: "The Allied Shinobi Forces Jutsu."
5. May 29, 2014: No episode.
6. June 5, 2014: "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 364: "The Connected Ones."
The last canon episode of "Naruto Shippuden" was Episode 346 titled "World of Dreams" which aired on January 23, 2014. The dates mentioned above may not change, however the titles are translations and may change after Viz Media's release.
According to Anime Filler List, "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 347 titled "Creeping Shadow" was the first filler in 2014 that aired on January 23.
Saiyan Island notes that although the plan is to bring back the canon episodes after the ANBU Kakashi arc, however fillers can be added. Fans will have to wait if after "Naruto Shippudden" Episode 362, if there are anymore fillers.
