NBA Legend Faces A Paternity Lawsuit
Laquetta Theus has claimed that the father of her 2-year-old daughter is no other than Michael Jordan, a retired NBA professional basketball player and Chicago Bulls' frontman.
Theus gave birth in August 2010 to Juyanna Rachelle Henderson. She posted her daughter's photo on Facebook seeking child support from Jordan. According to popular celebrity gossip web site TMZ, Theus has filed for paternity suit in Georgia.
In Theus' Facebook account, the post read and dated back in May, "Thank you God for never letting go, I love you with all my soul God, Michael Jordan when are you going to support your 2-year-old daughter, you drop 10 million on your nice wedding that you had April 27 that was nice but don't you think it is time that you support your daughter and the way you should," she posted.
The NBA legend claims that he is nothing of the sort and that this lady is just out to get money from him.
Earlier, Jordan already faced a paternity lawsuit this year, which was filed by a certain Pamela Smith, asking him for a DNA test and give her 16-year-old son child support. TMZ has also previously reported the lawsuit, which was later on dismissed after the Court in Atlanta ruled out that Smith's claims were false. Smith withdrew her lawsuit and she even ended up paying for Jordan's legal fees amounting to $9,074.13. The judge thought that it was all a big media hype act.
Jordan seemed to get himself used to these alleged accusations. As for Laquetta Theus' claims, it is almost similar to the one that his airness got previously dragged himself into. Whether the judge will favor her or not, fans have to wait and see.
The retired basketball player has already filed his legal supporting documents proving that definitely he is not the father of Theus' daughter.
