NBA owners are expected to finish the job started by commissioner Adam Silver by revoking Donald Sterling's ownership and forcing him to sale the Los Angeles Clippers franchise, according to a source close to situation.

NBA Players Association vice president Roger Mason, who claimed the union were ready to boycott the playoffs incase Silver did not come hard on Sterling, said they are expecting a 29-0 vote to oust Sterling from the league when the Boards of Governors convene to settle the issue.

"I haven't heard one owner not support Sterling selling his team," Mason said in the press release via ESPN. "I know a lot of the owners personally from spending time with them in negotiations and I would be shocked if it wasn't unanimous. I think it's going to be unanimous."
